Pick Up & Kill It is one of the recurring improv games that was introduced in Season 9 of the improv comedy show Wild 'N Out on MTV and VH1.

One person from each team is rap battling about a specific topic, with the last bar of the previous verse needing to be picked up by the opposing rapper at the start of their verse. When a verse is ended in a way that the DJ believes can't be added onto, such that the topic has been killed, that team scores a point. The DJ announces the topic, then the audience and the cast chant "Pick Up (& Kill it ×3)" before and after the battle. The team with the most points wins.
